Alford E. Gator and his Tiny Swamp House truck will entertain and delight all ages with friendly and loveable antics.

“Family-Friendly” interaction with this lovable and furry character, is appreciated by everyone. Kids approach the puppet truck and carry on conversations with Alford while the parents try to comprehend how it works.

Angelina Rose & Stee Bax of Hoopernova

Hula Hoop experts will be on hand, teaching Hula Hoop techniques and performing, including night glow hooping shows.  Fortunately, two of the best hoopers in the world are from the Cleveland area: Stee Bax and Angelina Rose (performing in the video below).  You will be amazed what each can do with a hula hoop. 

Stee Bax is based out of Solon, Ohio, she has performed at professional sporting events, live concerts, conventions, in music videos, photo shoots, and more. She performs single hoop dances with fire, LED, and day-taped hoops. Additionally, Stee Bax hosts fitness demonstrations on Hula Hooping, so if you're looking for a good way to work off those elephant ears, look no further.

Jungle Bob Animal Show

Jungle Bob Tuma is an animal entertainer and educator who has been doing animal presentations and events for children of all ages for almost three decades. In addition to educating about the wonderful world of animals, he regularly makes appearances on television and radio.

From Paul the python, to Bob the cockatoo, Rocky the sugar glider, Fifi the tarantula, Spike the bearded dragon, and Pugsley the blue-tongued skink, Jungle Bob has a wide variety of rarely seen animals. He also has some more common critters, like a turtle, bunny, cockroach display, and guinea pig.

Pedal Tractor Pull

Family fun at the Cuyahoga County Fair... the pedal tractor pull will be held Tuesday, Aug. 5. Registration begins at 1:00 p.m. - first "pull" at 2 p.m.

Ages 4-11 are free with trophies to first three finishers and ribbons to all.

Ages 12 and over can register as adults with a $10.00 registration fee.

Winners of each division advance to the state competition if they so choose.More

Please join us for Harness Racing action with Pari-Mutuel wagering (betting) on 9 or more races.  Pick your favorite horse by name, driver colors or the horse that catches your eye.  Fans come from near and far to enjoy some of Ohio’s best 2- and 3-year-olds competing.  Our Race Announcer will paint a picture of each action-packed one-mile race, including exciting stretch drives for the WIN.  This year, we will also be running a memorial race in honor of Roy DeVault, a former harness horse trainer, who for many years acted as  presiding judge for the Fair, as well as for races at Northfield Park.  There will also be a memorial race for Hunter Myers a harness race rising star who lost his young life in a tragic racing accident earlier this year. Hunter was from Chagrin Falls and often raced at MGM Northfield Park...More

Championship Pro Wrestling

Championship Pro Wrestling returns to the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds for Cuyahoga Slam 2025 on Thursday, August 7th at 5PM and 7:30PM featuring a double main event:

  • Mr. Entertainment JD Smooth and WWE Alumni James Ellsworth vs. Half Pint Punk Eric Smalls and Cleveland's Own JRocc Daddy
  • Mr. Cornelius Crummels vs TNA Star Rich Swann

RTA Operation Community Watch

Operation Community Watch, an outreach program provided by the RTA Police Department, will attend the Fair August 5th-7th from Noon-3:30pm. RTA’s OCW provides identification cards that have a full face picture, name, birthdate, height & weight, hair & eye color with a thumb print on the back of the card. These cards are made for children, teens and at risk adults (those suffering from dementia, Alzheimer’s, etc.) and can be given to any law enforcement agency to help locate lost or abducted persons. This service is provided for free to parents courtesy of RTA Police Officers as a means of giving back to the community they serve.

 

For the children OCW hands out small giveaways (while supplies last), while giving children an opportunity to interact with Transit Police Officers, learn valuable safety tips, and hear first-hand stories from our team.More

National Model Railroad Association

The National Model Railroad Association, a 501(c)(3) not for profit educational organization, was founded at the first National Convention over Labor Day Weekend, 1935. The initial goal was to develop standards for scale model railroad equipment to facilitate interchangeability and operation of equipment between modelers, clubs and others.

Today, the NMRA is a world wide organization, with over 18,000 active members, associates, families and clubs dedicated to the hobby of scale model railroading in all it's facets, supporting a hobby of many diverse interests that all relate to the greater world of trains and railroads.More

Please join us at our annual horse show for riders young and old! Our class for the youngest group is for children 6 and under. Classes are offered for many different types of riders including Academy Riders – children and adults who show horses they take riding lessons on, Youth classes – riders 18 years and younger competing to win the Youth High Point Award, English classes – for both Hunt and Saddle seat riders, Western classes, and the crowd favorite Costume class – where horse and rider participate in very creative costumes.  We offer many qualifying classes for the American Saddlebred World Championship horse show at the Kentucky state fair in Louisville, Kentucky. We are also a qualifier for ASHBA National Select Series Championship. See a rare Cuyahoga County Horse show and as a bonus enjoy the FAIR!More
