NOTE: Length of boat is measured from the ball of the hitch to rear of the motor.

1. Storage Period - Make Your Reservation Starting Monday, September 8, 2025
   1. Thursday, October 30, 2025 through Sunday, April 12, 2026 - Cash, Check and Credit Cards Accepted
2. Advanced Reservations
   1. YOUR RESERVATION CAN ONLY BE GUARANTEED BY MAKING AN ADVANCE PAYMENT OF THE STORAGE FEE DURING REGULAR OFFICE HOURS AT THE FAIRGROUND OFFICE. ALL RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED TO BE PREPAID. AVAILABILITY IS DETERMINED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

3. Conditions of Storage
   1. Each person storing a boat or vehicle is required to sign a "Condition of Boat/Vehicle Storage Contract Agreement."
   2. All equipment must be winterized before it is delivered for storage.
   3. Boats and vehicles must remain on wheels while in storage.
   4. Motors cannot be operated while the unit is in storage.
   5. Maintenance of boats and vehicles is not permitted while in storage.
   6. A key must be left with the Fairgrounds Office for all automobiles and motorized campers.
   7. A fee of $15 per hour or fraction thereof is charged for opening a building to allow access to equipment in storage.
   8. All boat motors must clear the floor by six (6) inches. ALL PROPANE TANKS MUST BE REMOVED.
   9. There will be a charge for tire repair if tire cannot be inflated.
   10. The Cuyahoga County Agricultural Society reserves the right to move boats and vehicles to a different comparable storage location without notifying the owners.
   11. The Cuyahoga County Agricultural Society will not be responsible for any loose equipment stored in boats or vehicles.
   12. We reserve the right to reject any vehicle from storage due to limitations of moving.
4. Vehicle Drop Off Dates and Times (No reservation is needed for drop off but you MUST abide by the dates and times below)

   9AM to 4PM	Thursday	October 30, 2025
   9AM to 3:30PM	Friday	October 31, 2025
   1PM to 5PM	Saturday-Sunday	November 1 & 2, 2025
   10AM to 2PM	Sunday	November 9, 2025
   10AM-4PM	Sunday	November 23, 2025

5. To Place a Boat or Vehicle in Storage
   1. Bring the Boat/Vehicle to the Fairgrounds during the hours of operation defined in Section D above.
   2. Come to the Fairboard Office which is located at the Eastland Road Gate 2 entrance.
   3. A “Receipt-Claim Check” will be issued to you for each Boat/Vehicle stored.   Please place the Receipt-Claim Check in a safe place as it will be required for you to claim your Boat/Vehicle at the end of the Storage Season.
   4. The Fairgrounds employees will place your Boat/Vehicle in the type of storage that you paid for.
6. To Remove a Boat/Vehicle From Storage
   1. ALL BOATS/VEHICLES MUST BE REMOVED FROM STORAGE BY APRIL 12, 2026 DURING THE HOURS OF OPERATION.
   2. Any unit left in storage after April 6th will be charged $15.00 per day and may be stored outside if inside space is not available.
   3. When a boat/vehicle is to be removed from storage before April 12th, please give two (2) days notice. When you call, (440) 243-0090 Ext. 100, be prepared to provide the receipt-claim number, the type of unit stored, the building number in which the unit is stored, and the date and time you wish to pick up your unit.
   4. Once a unit has been removed from storage at owner's request (which requires a 24 hour notice), and the owner changes the decision to remove the unit, a $50.00 re-storage fee will be applicable.
   5. When you arrive, present your Receipt-Claim Check and your Boat/Vehicle will be returned to you.
   6. Monday-Saturday: March 30-April 4, 2026 from10AM-2PM and  Monday-Sunday, April 6-April 12, 2026 from 10AM-2PM
