BEING A SENIOR HAS ITS BENEFITS AT THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY FAIR ON OPENING DAY!

In Today’s Climate – Are you able to spot a real deal over a scam?

Onsite Tuesday, August 6th (Cuyahoga County Fair Opening Day) Cuyahoga County Consumer Affairs will do two “SCAMO” presentations in the Olde Barn Pavilion. Join us for these one (1) hour sessions at either 1PM or 3PM. Cuyahoga County is sponsoring this event to educate (especially seniors) on the scams. This program supported by Office of Consumer Council and Senior Medicare Patrol (both onsite for these sessions) will hand out specially designed cards that will be distributed to players; these cards will provide players descriptions of various topics with the ultimate question being is this description of a product or service a scam or a real deal. You’ll be surprised at how many look legitimate that are not.
