Report provided by Berea Police Department:

Shortly after 11pm last night, a group of approximately 10 young adults became involved in a physical altercation inside the Cuyahoga County Fair Event.  During this altercation, an 18-yr old male suffered a gun shot wound to his torso.  The male victim was treated by medics on scene and transported to a local hospital for treatment.   Two suspicious males were observed running to a vehicle in the parking lot.  That vehicle was stopped by Middleburg Hts PD, and a male occupant was arrested in possession of a firearm.  At this time, it is unknown if the male that was arrested was involved in the shooting inside the fair event.   This incident is currently under investigation by the Berea Police Department.
