NOTICE: 2025 CAMPING RESERVATIONS ARE NOW OPEN
Thank you for your interest in camping at the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds. This year’s camping season runs from April 14 to July 27 and August 18 to October 31, 2025. We look forward to hosting you! To make a reservation, download the 2025 Non-Fair Camping Permit (see below), fill it out and return it via email to karen [at] cuyfair.com. You can also send it to:

2025 NON-FAIR CAMPING RATES
Daily: $45.00
Weekly: $270.00
Monthly: $950.00
The Fairboard Office is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 3pm You can go to the office to pay upon arrival (or our next business day) during regular business hours and to receive a permit to place in the window of your RV and car/truck. Credit card payment can be made over the phone or in person. We also accept checks and cash which can be left in the black drop box to the right of the Fairboard Office door if you are camping outside of regular business hours.
Please note that the 2025 Cuyahoga County Fair falls on August 5-10 and camping, at that time, is limited to those participating in the Fair. The campground will be closed the week before and the week after this date for cleanup (July 28 through August 17, 2025).
All sites are 50amp, full hook-ups (water, electric and sewer). Non-Fair camping is currently limited to 10 Sites (each camping space is two spots wide to accommodate your trailer and truck/car). Please avoid sites 15, 16, 25, 26 and 27 which are out-of-service and closed for repair.
To access the campground, enter the Bagley Road entrance in Middleburg Heights, OH. You will see the campground access road on the right-hand side as you pass the large grassy, parking areas. If you reach the barns and Gate 5, you’ve gone too far. Camping spaces are NOT assigned so feel free to choose your own. The Office is located off of Gate 2 on Eastland Road in Berea, OH (the fairgrounds spans both Middleburg Heights and Berea) on the opposite side of the Fairgrounds from the Campground.
